Space - new luminaire with outstanding performance


Space is the result of innovative ideas about lighting design with comfort as well as performance. We combine direct, indirect, and shaded light to obtain efficient light distributions with unique uniformity along with great visual comfort.


The design of Space is timeless and appealingly friendly, meeting the criteria to be well suited for both modern and old architecture - and for public and private spaces. Due to the circular design the luminaire is non-directional and can be seen from any direction with the same unique, pleasant design expression. The large, fully lit luminaire is elegant on both low and high columns.


At 4 meter posts, Space meets P4 (5 lux average) with 27 meters between posts. At 5 meter, P4 is met with 32 meters between posts.


Space is 640 mm wide, and with light broadened out into the whole housing, the luminaire is powerful and elegant at high and low posts.


Due to the innovative combination of indirect, direct, and shaded light, the Space luminaire offers comfortable human lighting in a fine balance with highly efficient and uniform lighting distributions.


Space's graduated light is pleasant and lively. Space creates living spaces with atmosphere without disturbing the dark sky.


Space adapts to any post type


Space is elegant on the Ø60 mm post but is suitable for thicker posts as well. For very thick posts, we offer a design adapter.


Smart City integration


Space is ready for asymmetrical light as well as the integration of smart-city devices. Consisting of very few components, the luminaire is long-lasting and easy to maintain. The rounded shapes not only support the light distribution but offer the best possible corrosion protection. Technical details, variants, photometric data, etc can be found at focus-lighting.dk.
