With Nyx you create life and variation at city squares, streets and urban leisure areas without loosing the homogeneous characteristics of the specific area. This is due to fact that Nyx is available in various models and that every product in the family offers various mounting possibilities.

All Nyx variants are made in cast silumin and are available in three standard colours: black, graphite grey and silver grey. Special coating is a possibility if you want Nyx to appear with a certain effect or to match other types of urban furniture. 

Nyx 330 is available with CFL, metal halide, or LED, and the result is pleasant light without glaring. It is often mounted on existing poles, and particularly the silver grey model is in perfect harmony with galvanised standard poles. In the photo, Nyx 330 is shown on a graphite grey 60 mm pole. The simplicity in design and materials has turned out to be very efficient against vandalism, due to the fact that Nyx 330 does not invite to vandalism at all.

More Nyx on one pole creates life in squares and places where people gather around activities or recreation. Furthermore the efficacy increases when more asymmetrical lights come from one pole. You get the light required for e.g. a parking space with much less poles than is the case with traditional rotation symmetrical light.  

Nyx is mountable on so to speak all pole types, and we have supplied many different solutions to challenging lighting projects. We offer a standard double arm (see photo below). But we often see that the architect or the city planner has his own ideas, and we can bring these to life, maybe in cooperation with the supplier of the poles. To the right some examples of projects; one of them a special project for Vejle Kommune that we did in cooperation with Priess Columns.

Nyx 330 at Campus Varde. The project includes Nyx 330 on standard pole and on double arm. Furthermore Nyx 450 and the smaller Nyx 190 have been used in the campus area. Nyx 190 can be seen below.

The Nyx products range from the large Nyx 450 over Nyx 330 to Nyx 190, the smallest luminaire in the family. The Nyx 190 fitting can be mounted on wall or on the Nyx bollard which is either 1000 or 1200 mm high. The bigger on can be serviced from the front. 

Nyx 190 is available with various light sources, one of them being LED, and we offer two different LED modules. The module for Nyx 190 wall is drawn up into the housing in order to obtain a scattered light without glaring. For bollard mounting we offer Nyx 190 with an extremely efficient LED module with directed light, resulting in up to 15 metres between the bollards.
