Aarhus Light Rail - take a ride with us

Our favorite photographer, Helene Høyer Mikkelsen, took a trip by the Aarhus Light Rail in order to shoot Focus luminaires. Starting up north at Grenå and ending in the town of Odder in the south, the trip passes some 30 stations - with Focus luminaires at most of them. We have picked a few pictures showing the variety of luminaires. What they have in common is the elegant simplicity characterizing all Focus luminaires.


We start the trip in Grenå featuring Sky Park in graphite grey at the renovated station. Knowing our products well, Helene also noticed the Nyx 190 wall luminaire.


We have hardly left Grenå before we stop at Hessel. Here both Nyx 450 and Nyx 330 are widely used.


Next stop: Thorsager, where the Nyx 330'es in graphite grey powder coating follow the arching rails along the station.


We are at the red line towards Lisbjerg and Skejby. At Klokhøjen our attention is caught by the Multiple Nyx at the parking lot.


We jump onto the train again and rush to Aarhus C. Looking high up, we notice Peak at the tall rail posts.


Peak has an SR socket at the top and can be equipped with sensor for data logging.


From Aarhus C and Dokk1 the trip continues via Kongsvang, Viby, and Vilhelmsborg to the small town of Beder. Both Sky Park and Sky Bollard lead the way to the station..
